Legacy Trust: Information Meeting
Dear Members,
Over the years, we have heard from you the Members on what your needs and priorities are and the limitations on our ability to meet those needs under the Legacy Trust. As a result, the Council have decided to amend the Trust by entirely restating the trust agreement. We feel that the new Trust Agreement will better reflect these needs and priorities for both Members and the community overall and create a more sustainable and predictable trust for the future. For example, the ratification of this new trust allows for another immediate one time $15,000 PCD to help our Members during a time with such a high cost of living. But we need your help to make it happen! We have to get 95% of our members to vote and 95% to vote yes, or we may not be able to make this distribution to our members.
Information Meetings:
There will be 3 information meetings, please join us and ask questions about the amended agreement and the ratification process.
